Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between Real Tanzania Discovery Adventures (“we”, “us”) and the client (“you”) for all travel services provided. By booking a journey with us, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 25–30% of the total cost). The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before departure.

For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is payable at time of booking.

4. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for trekking activities. Insurance should cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

5. Our Responsibility

Real Tanzania Discovery Adventures takes all reasonable steps to deliver the journey as agreed. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, political situations, or force majeure events.
